The Palm Coast F202 at Wailea Beach Villas recently joined Private Paradise Villas, and it will be fully refreshed with mostly all-new updated furniture. Photos or design boards will be available once all purchase decisions are finalized. F202 will provide guests with the same level of comfort, cleanliness, and quality that is provided in all of our other managed properties, so although decor details are not immediately available we assure all potential guests the experience will exceed expectations!

The Palm Coast F202 at Wailea Beach Villas is an ocean view second level grand residence of more than 3,500 square feet. It will provide 3 large private bedroom suites under one roof (King in ocean primary, Cal King in 2nd primary, 2 Queen beds in third bedroom), 3 full bathrooms, a half powder hallway bath, a spacious great room with living, dining and kitchen, and a laundry room. As with all properties created by Private Paradise Villas, the kitchen will be elaborately equipped for genuine family-style cooking and entertaining, and there will be room for 8 people for dining between the new indoor dining table, exterior dining table and counter seats.

The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you travel directly into your vacation home via the semi-exclusive elevator. Parking is just steps away from your front door.

Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, other than to lounge day and night on your own expansive covered alfresco lanai. Expect beautiful seasonal sunsets from F202, views of the blue Pacific, starlight skies, dancing tiki torches, and the charming glitter of resort ambiance.

A large cleanly wall-mounted television provides fun entertainment in the great room, and each bedroom will also have a large over-sized flat panel television, HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions, charging stations, Netflix account, streaming capability, and a speaker system. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and multiple areas to work including from the dining table with an ocean view! The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach. Additional upscale details include a built-in complimentary no-charge guest safe, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, plush pillow-top beds, and extra linens in every closet.

The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, Hotel Collection bone china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. Maximum Occupancy Including Children

8 guests maximum. Occupancy in excess of six guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are only four beds provided in the villa. Infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age at the time of occupancy, may be excluded from the total guest count. Toddlers and children age two (2) and above at the time of occupancy will be included in the total guest count. The total guest count may not exceed the stated number of persons. We reserve the right to request (and receive prior to accepting a reservation), actual written proof of birth date (month/day/year) for any toddlers or infants a family wishes to have excluded from the total guest count.

Housekeeping Services

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Reservations with inclusive housekeeping receive the following assistance per housekeeping service:

Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish toiletries
Remove trash/garbage
Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
Wipe off outside furniture and counters.
Clean entry and patio floors as needed
Light kitchen tidy up

Additional a la carte housekeeping service is $55 per hour per housekeeper plus tax with a 4 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Beach & Ocean Access

Stroll down past the water features and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach. Also at the beach access is the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak, paddleboard, and sometimes surf or boogie board when the waves are up! You can also join an outrigger canoe for a group paddling adventure, or board a sailing outrigger, for "Hawaiian-style" recreation. The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. Towel, umbrella, chaise lounge, and water service are included complimentary. In addition to the chaise lounges around the pool areas, there are partially covered complimentary-use "Casabella" chaise lounge chairs tucked here and there into the garden at the beach.

Pool

The Palm Coast F202 is located just a short stroll from the adult pool and a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa, both of which are exclusive to the Wailea Beach Villas. A second pool and whirlpool spa for families, as well as an extensive gym and fitness center, are both conveniently located just above the F building.

Outdoor Spa

There are two open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped Wailea Beach Villas grounds.

Air Conditioning

All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

BBQ

The Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill set outdoors on the spacious private terrace, along with a bar fridge.

Entertainment

The Great Room and each of the three bedrooms are individually equipped with HD digital cable service and large flat panel televisions with Neflix. The Great Room has an HD DVR to record your favorite programs while at the beach.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Occupancy in excess of six guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are only four beds provided in the villa.
Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Our collection of Maui vacation residences are HOTEL-Zoned or have LEGAL short-term rental permits. Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, food or beverages, CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, lei greeting, airport greeting, transfers, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, child care supplies, child proofing services, sightseeing, tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, sports and water recreation supplies, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.

Rates do not include taxes: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25%), Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax (3.0%), and the combined State of Hawaii and Maui County General Excise Tax (4.712%) are applied to the rental rate and additional charges quoted. If the tax percentages are changed by the State of Hawaii or County of Maui after a reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to collect the additional amounts due.
Standard Policies: Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED.
